All of Dr. Bronner's soaps are certified under the USDA National Organic Program by Oregon Tilth. They source all of their core soap and essential oils organically, not just the minor additive ingredients, in order to support and encourage sustainable agriculture, farm worker health and ecological processing methods. All of their bottles are made from 100% Post-Consumer Recycled PET plastic, and their bar soap wrappers are made up of 10% hempflax and 90% post-consumer recycled paper. Dr. Bronner's also now is going fair trade on all of their major ingrediants to help fund farmers in developing worlds!
